Every location, one daily view
Check new customer reviews and the locations that need attention, across your whole network, from one screen every day.

Multi-location teams start the day with one question: what happened where yesterday? The more locations you run, the harder it gets to answer. Reviews sit on separate profiles, each profile opens in its own tab, and nobody sees the whole picture. The struggling location gets noticed after the problem has grown.
Fidkeep's daily view answers that question on one screen. Google, Yandex Maps and Tripadvisor reviews¹ from every location land in a single stream, with their location context intact.
One screen, every morning
The owner or regional manager opens Fidkeep first thing and scans the latest reviews from every location at once. No jumping between profiles, no waiting for someone else's summary. The scan is quick. The goal is not to read every review, but to know where to look today.
It is a small habit with a clear payoff: a bad day at one location gets noticed before the weekly meeting, not after it. For a gym chain, that means seeing a locker-room complaint on the day it's posted. Location managers use the same screen, filtered to their own site.
What you see at a glance
Every review in the daily view arrives with the context you need to act:
- The location it belongs to
- Rating and date
- Reply status
- The full review text
Filters take you to a single location, low ratings or unanswered reviews. Clear the filter and the whole network is back in view.
From averages to specifics
An average rating sums up a network in one number. It can't tell you which location needs support. Strong locations can hide a weakening one for a long time.
A location-level view removes that cover. A cleanliness complaint at one fuel station or a wait-time issue at one bank branch can't hide behind the rest of the network. The question changes too. Instead of asking how the average looks, you ask which location stands apart, and on what. That question leads straight to an action: a field visit, a training session, a shift change.
Replies in the same flow
The daily view isn't only for reading. Reviews awaiting a reply sit in the same stream. Open the AI draft, written in your brand voice and in the reviewer's language, then edit, approve and publish it to Google. Brand voice is set per location, so each site keeps its own tone. Turn on rule-based auto-publishing where it fits, and keep approving every reply by hand at a location going through a sensitive stretch.
The daily view catches individual moments. The monthly smart report shows whether those moments are turning into a pattern. The rhythm that works is simple: the daily view every morning, the report at the month-end meeting.
However many locations you run, the morning question stays the same. Fidkeep answers it on one screen every day, so your team spends its time acting where it matters, not hunting for reviews.
