  • The team member limit is a total for the account and applies across all your locations. Pending invitations count too; the account owner does not.
  • The smart rule limit is the number of rules that can be active at the same time. Pause a rule to switch on another one.
  • On Scale, reply publishing is unlimited on Fidkeep's side; the separate limit of 150 AI reply drafts per day still applies. The account owner can set their own daily publishing limit for a location on the Plan allocation screen. Google Business Profile API quotas and rate limits are outside Fidkeep's control.

Is there a free trial?

You can try Basic, Pro and Business free for 7 days. For Scale and Enterprise, talk to our team.

What is the difference between Scale and Enterprise?

Scale is our most complete fixed-price plan: 15 locations, 150 AI replies per day, unlimited reply publishing, unlimited team members and unlimited active smart rules. If you have more than 15 locations or need different quotas, Enterprise is built for you, with pricing and limits set in a contract tailored to your business.

How do I get a quote for Enterprise?

Use the “Get a quote” button in the Enterprise section or write to [email protected]. We'll talk through your locations and usage and prepare a quote for you.

How is the annual discount calculated?

The annual price is ten times the monthly price, so two of the twelve months are free.

How are add-ons billed?

Extra location and +10 daily AI reply add-ons are added to your current plan and billed monthly.

Do prices include VAT?

No. All TRY amounts on this page exclude VAT (KDV).

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. To upgrade, add locations or add extra AI replies, just contact our team.

Do smart rules send emails for past reviews?

No. A rule works on reviews that arrive after it is created. You can explore past reviews with the topic and sentiment filters on the Reviews screen.

How quickly do alerts arrive?

Usually within a few minutes after the review reaches Fidkeep. Rules with a topic condition wait a few more seconds for tagging.

What happens if there are too many emails?

At most 10 smart rule emails are sent per person per hour. With the link in every email you can mute that rule or all smart rule emails.

Will my rules be deleted if I downgrade?

No. The newest rules above your new plan's limit are paused. You can switch another rule off and turn them back on at any time.
