We shape the product by listening to how businesses actually work, not by guessing at a desk. We read every piece of feedback we receive.
People make the call
We use AI to speed the work up, not to hand off responsibility. In our product and in our own work, a person has the final say.
We speak plainly
We publish our prices openly and explain in plain language why and how we process data. We never pretend to know something we don't.
We start local
We think Turkish-first and design around how businesses in Türkiye work. We know a café and a hospital do not need the same thing.

We write down what we do and why. Context isn't lost as the team grows, and everyone who joins starts from the same place.
Support is part of the product
Support requests reach the product team directly, so we see problems first-hand and fix them faster.
Respect for data
We access data only as far as needed to provide the service. We never use Google data to train AI models.
