Why Fidkeep

Reviews are your most accessible operating data.
Fidkeep turns them into daily decisions.

Your customers write about service, waiting, cleanliness and staff every day on Google, Yandex Maps and Tripadvisor¹. Fidkeep reads those reviews in their location context and shows your team where to start.

The answer is already in your reviews

From cafés to hospitals, customers in every industry write, every day and for free, about what works and where the experience breaks.

Averages hide the detail

A strong brand-wide rating can easily mask a problem growing at one location.

Reports should drive decisions

A chart alone changes nothing. A good report shows which issue comes first at which location, backed by the real reviews.

How it works

A four-step daily operating model

From a new review to an improvement decision your team can track.

  1. Connect your locations

Sign in with Google Business Profile and pick your locations. Yandex Maps and Tripadvisor come next.

  2. Start the day on one screen

See new reviews, reply status and the locations that need attention in one stream, every morning.

  3. See repetition by location

The monthly report splits recurring themes by branch and category, each backed by its real reviews.

  4. Act, then watch again

Give your team one clear task, then see its impact in the following weeks' reviews, branch by branch.

Product capabilities

From the daily view to an operating decision

All reviews

Every location, one daily stream.

See new reviews with rating, branch and reply status. Separate what needs a reply and what scored low with a single filter.

Smart reports

The average hides the story.

The monthly report shows where service, waiting, cleanliness and staff complaints pile up, branch by branch. Every finding comes with the real reviews behind it.

AI replies

Fast drafts. Your final call.

Fidkeep reads each review's language, content and rating, then drafts an on-brand reply. Your team edits, approves and publishes it to Google in one click.

Brand voice

One brand voice, every location.

Set tone, form of address, language and sign-off once per location. Whoever replies, your customers hear the same brand.

Smart rules

Never miss the review that matters.

Set rules on star rating, whether a review has text and what it is about. When a new review matches, the team members you choose get an email within minutes; a rule runs across all your locations or the branches you pick.

Review topics

Stars tell you how happy customers are. Topics tell you why.

Fidkeep sorts every review into topics chosen for your industry, such as Trust / Transparency for a dental clinic or Room / Comfort for a hotel. Each topic gets its own positive, neutral or negative mark, so a review that praises the food and complains about the wait shows both. Focus with a single filter such as "negative reviews about cleanliness".

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers on product, data and billing.

Which platforms does Fidkeep support?

Today we work with Google Maps reviews. Yandex Maps and Tripadvisor support arrives in upcoming releases and will join the same daily view.

Who is Fidkeep for?

Any business that receives customer reviews. The same workflow runs for a single café, a hospital group or a network of fuel stations; plans scale with your locations and reply volume.

Are AI replies published automatically?

Not by default. You edit and approve drafts before publishing. You can turn on controlled auto-replies for selected locations, following rules you set.

Can I see multiple locations together?

Yes. Review feedback and reports across every location in one view, then focus on a single branch when needed.

Can my team use Fidkeep together?

Yes. On Pro and higher plans you can invite team members, assign them to locations and share each branch's reviews with its manager. The number of team members is a total for the account and applies across all your locations.

Will I hear about an important review?

Yes. With smart rules you decide which reviews matter to you; when a new review matches, the team members you choose get an email within minutes. Alerts go only by email and only to people on your team.

Do I choose the review topics?

No. Fidkeep works out your industry from your location's Google category and uses that industry's topics. If the location's Google category changes, reviews are tagged again with the new industry's topics.

Can one review cover more than one topic?

Yes, and each topic gets its own sentiment. "The food was great but we waited 40 minutes" shows as positive for Taste and negative for Speed / Waiting.

Are my older reviews sorted into topics too?

Yes. When you connect a location, its past reviews are tagged in the background, so you can filter back in time from day one. Older reviews do not trigger smart rule emails.

What happens to star-only reviews?

Without text there is nothing to assign a topic to, so the review shows as "No category". Smart rules based on star rating still work for these reviews.
